I charge the same hourly rate of £70 per hour for indoor or outdoor therapy. However, sessions in the peak district are sligtly longer. Eating disorder therapy is charged at £85 per hour.

You’ll develop an understanding of what’s been keeping you stuck, so you can make informed choices about what comes next. This understanding can be used as a solid foundation for ongoing therapy. In this time, we will decide whether working outdoors is suitable for us, if that is what you would like to do.
